Transforming Healthcare

To achieve healthcare transformation, one needs to be able to understand the underlying challenges and opportunities for change. In this assignment we would ask you to 1. Develop a process map for an organisational process within your workplace or study place 2. Share this process map with a range of stakeholders to identify areas for improvement through automation 3. Record a short 10-minute presentation where you present your process map, reflect on the feedback you received and identify the areas for automation. Please also include reference to the workforce groups affected by your suggested automations and potential impact on those groups.
